We often get asked, “What’s it like to work for Alorica?”
Well, for those of us lucky enough to call Saraland home and Alorica our place of employment, we are constantly reminded of the fact that our company cares as much for its people as it does for the business.
Take Making Lives Better with Alorica (MLBA) for example – the nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to providing assistance to Alorica employees, their families, and the people, organizations and communities who support them. In the past two months, Saraland has raised over $2,200 for MLBA, and employees are happy to work at a site with such a strong community connection. One of our team members, Nina Dortch, had this to say about working at Alorica Saraland:
“Walking through the doors, I knew the right choice was made and I was in the right place. Passion, Performance and Possibilities are what has driven me my entire career and to see that every day at Alorica Saraland truly makes a difference. To work for a company where you can see the growth and possibilities for yourself made Alorica a choice employer for me. I accepted the challenge and I’m still in it to WIN it!”
Opened in 2009, Alorica Saraland currently employees more than 620 agents, and management has an average of 14 years’ experience. Employee recognition is a major part of the Saraland experience; top employees are treated to a dinner out at Stix Hibachi – they are driven to and from the restaurant on a party bus and they are paid for the evening as well! In addition to acknowledging and rewarding outstanding team members, the site offers frequent client giveaways, on-location café facilities and a strong referral program.
Anthony Bloom, our Site Director, is a staunch advocate of the Alorica approach:
“Alorica Saraland is a place where you can make your dreams a reality. Our passion for our people, and top-notch performance for our clients creates awesome possibilities for our employees to enrich their lives and bring them one step closer to their dreams.”
