The announcement comes on the heels of Alorica announcing that is has entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire Expert Global Solutions (EGS) to form a new global customer experience organization. “Alorica is growing and becoming a more valuable partner to our clients. Adding outstanding executive management and continuing to lead the industry with innovative and impactful solutions is key,” said Chris Crowley, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Alorica. “Bringing a proven and highly successful client executive to our team is a clear indication that Alorica is committed to taking the client experience to the next level.”
Hopkins joins Alorica after serving as Chief Customer Officer at ServiceSource where he led customer success and go-to-market strategies. His extensive executive experience includes leadership roles at customer service and technology companies, including:
- Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Stream Global Services
- Executive Vice President of Global Sales at TeleTech
- Senior Vice President of Sales at Telwares
- Vice President of Sales at IBM Tealeaf
- Vice President and management roles at AT&T for more than two decades
